Tickled Pink....

I've really been enjoying playing with flowers lately.  I've been practicing on how to make different arrangements with some of my favorite spring flowers.  While I have always loved roses, it seems all of a sudden, every where I turn...I'm either seeing them somewhere...or buying them for my home.

This was really quite simple to make.  I soaked some floral foam in water...making sure that it was really moist.  I put it in the bottom of this pretty green glass pedestal bowl and randomly inserted the pink roses.  From there I dropped in some white flowers & greenery to break up the pink...and then draped moss around the inside of the bowl to hide the floral foam.

I'm really pleased with how this came out...and the flowers really lasted a long time.  I think my next creation will be with daisies.  They are perfect to ring in Spring.

Happy Pink Saturday!

You did a lovely job arranging these pink roses. I have always been "floral challenged", so it is a treat to see when someone does an arrangement as lovely as yours.
Blessings and Happy Pink Saturday!

Have I told you before that my two favorite things to decorate with are roses and seashells? Well, they are! I think both are nature's work at its finest.

All your photos are gorgeous, but the third one, with your drapes in the background is stunning! Kudos!

The pink roses and blue drapes work so well together. And I love your blue kitchen shelves! I will have to cruise around your blog for more of your wonderful photos. Linda

Gorgeous! I have to participate in Pink Saturday one of these days. So many pretty ideas.

Love the flowers but my eyes kept being pulled away by the beautiful window treatments. You know I love that color.

Thank you for sharing. Hope to join in the party next week. Have a beautiful weekend, my South Florida neighbor. ;)

That is beautiful Debbie! And I LOVE that bowl! Is that another ZGallery find? It's beautiful. I cut camelia's yesterday from my parents yard. They are beautiful too. So happy spring is here!

What a gorgeous arrangement, Debbie! You know I LOVE roses, especially pink ones. :) I also love the container you chose to display them in. The blue color is the perfect compliment to the pink... beautiful!
Have a great Sunday! :)

I have been overloaded with work and haven't had a chance to comment much lately. It's good to be back in the blogging world again.
Hope you are having a great week.
