Hope your having a fabulous holiday weekend. Outdoor showers are very practical in Florida - especially if you spend a lot of time in the pool and ocean. I've often thought about adding an outdoor shower area in our Keys home...and most likely will some day.
So I thought I'd share some of my favorite outdoor shower areas, courtesy of Coastal Living where can you find awesome outdoor decor tips.
Hope you like my favorite picks.
I just can't pick my favorite - I love them all!!!
Have a great, sun shiny day....

Those look so great. There is something very sensual about and outdoor shower!
Amazing! I am finally allowed to comment!
I have thoroughly enjoyed reading all your wonderful posts these past several days...gorgeous photos! Having an outdoor shower would be wonderful!
Have a wonderful Sunday...

Enjoy your Summer days!

There is something earthy about showering outside among really lush vegetation...ooops....too revealing...lol...
I love the first one...the pure white with the green of the palms is gorgeous, even with the teal towel hangin on it just says "tropical summer". As a young girl before moving to Florida, but on our vacations down here, we always stayed at the same hotel on Clearwater Beach, and nothing was better than coming back from a long hot day on the beach and running to one of their outdoor showers, they are a wonderful part of living here, or any coastal area....
Have a wonderful holiday weekend.

They totally are an essential!! This is such a great selection Debbie. I adore the last two. Pruxxx
I think I'd prefer a shower with a door. If a sudden wind picks up, the shower curtain might move and show the world things better left unseen...me and nakedness..not good.

Ohhhh, outdoor showers! LOVE!
We had one when I lived for a short time on Oceanfront in Newport Beach (California). You definitely could not shower "a la naturel" in it because it was truly an outdoor shower, just a shower head attached to the side of the house! Because our front "lawn" was literally the sand and the Pacific Ocean, it was meant to be used to rinse off sand and salt water, but we did shampoo and wash ourselves in our bathing suits, which was quite tricky, but we only had one other bathroom in the house, so it was a necessity to use it that way when guests were over!
Thanks for taking me back to my time living at the beach with this post!
Best,
Kimberly
It would be so nice to have one of those.
I can't pick my favorite, either!
I would love to have an outdoor shower to rinse off after getting out of the pool.
Have a great weekend Debbie!
i love them all but the first pic is my favourite!!

No kidding it's hard to pick which one is the best! I just love the idea of an outdoor shower, although I suppose I really love the idea of being in a location where you can have a year round outdoor shower! LOL.
These are all very pretty

Each one better than the one before and left me wanting more!
Outdoor showers are pretty popular here in Hawaii, too. They make them with lava rocks though.
I love the last two. Never thought of putting a mirror in the shower, but cool idea. Nothing like showering outside in the summertime!
I love outdoor showers. They remind me of all of the beach rentals I've stayed in over the years. And now that I have kids I think they're a must for rinsing off sand on vacations.
