Hello Everyone. I've been out of the mix for the last ten days....as I have been on the road for work. And since I'm leaving again tomorrow....I figured I should do a quick post to share an amazing place that I visited this past weekend. Isn't this an incredible shot? It's at Pierre's...in Islamorada in The Florida Keys. This past Friday...I was in The Keys for a brief work retreat and was able to attend a terrific dinner and the Full Moon Party at this wonderful resort. And as you can see....there was a spectacular sunset overlooking The Gulf of Mexico. This is one beautiful place...I highly recommend you stop by Pierre's on your next visit to The Florida Keys.

That place sounds wonderful, Debbie. I love sunsets in FL..they are just so "final"...the sun sets and it is night. Up here our "after sunset" light continues for more than an hour. Glad you are going to be getting some down time. xo Diana

Sounds beautiful and dreamy - I love driving in the convertible with the top down --- moonlight is so magical and soothing.

Beautiful place for a work retreat ... we love Key West as well and the sunsets are spectacular down in the keys!
I've never been to the Florida keys but it's on my list of places I would love to visit! WOW! What a fabulous photo! Enjoy your travels! Hugs! ♥♥♥
PS-Maybe on the way back we can stop when we return from the trip to Key West next month--- otherwise visiting at a future Full Moon is a great "to do"

This is a beautiful shot! I would love to visit The Keys. You would think I would have already been, with me being a 'Florida Gal'...but I haven't made it past Hollywood on the east coast, nor past Naples on the west coast. I was so close!!! One of these days!

Being away from home is tough...especially when it's as lovely as yours. I work literally down the street from my house and don't ever travel...I'm a school secretary. Sometimes I wish I had a more exciting job but I think I'd hate to be away from home. Wonderful sunset.
Have not been to Pierre's yet but hope to discover this joy soon... I am very familiar with the beauty of the Keys sunsets though! :)

Never been there but we will be spending more time in Florida again with our son going to U of F--and good friends in Fort Lauderdale. Phenomenal sunset.
