It's gonna be a bright, bright, sun-shiny day......

I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day

Oh yes I can make it now, the pain is gone
All of the bad feelings have disappeared
Here is the rainbow I've been prayin' for
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day

Look all around, there's nothin' but blue skies
Look straight ahead, nothin' but blue skies

I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Here is the rainbow I've been prayin' for
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day
bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day
It's gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day

Today started off with such a beautiful morning....

and I needed to get some excercise....

So my husband and I decided to go kayaking.....
here is his under the Tiki Hut..

.......And this blue one is mine.

Once I get off my kayak lift - this is the view to my right......

All of a sudden I saw this boat at the end of my canal -
going out to the ocean, which is right around
the corner from my house.

This is the view at the other end of my canal....

Taking in the scenery along the way.....

I paddled around gazing at all the beautiful homes...

Back at my house....

The tide was low...thankfully, I lowered the lift enough....

Time for a refreshing swim.....

Day's like today are why I have
such a love of the sea......

Have a fabulous Monday.

What a beautiful spot you live in! It really does make all the difference in the world to be near water. It's funny, I was singing this song this morning because it was a beautiful day here too! This was a good fresh start to a brand new week! Of course, now I won't be able to get that song out of my head all week!!! Have a great one!

Wow! kayaking at your house looks way cooler than kayaking here. I live on a canal that goes to a lake...NOT the ocean!! But...I like taking my kayak out just the same.

Wow! What gorgeous photos, thanks for taking us along! How lucky you are to not only live on the ocean, but to be able to kayak there as well! And that yacht is incredible. Love your tiki hut. I would be spending all of my time in your pool :)
