Window on Spring...

For many of you who are still experiencing winter weather conditions, I thought I'd share from Better Homes & Gardens, a way that you can bring Spring into your home - even if it is still cold outside.

Here's some ideas on how to plant a garden using your windows.....

Perfect for pre Easter decorations.
Grow Herbs inside
What a pretty vignette of plants.
Window ornaments.

Hope this brought some sunshine and Spring into your home.

OMGosh- I had forgotten all about those window "ornaments". Do you remember when they were popular back in the 70's? What a beautiful Spring-y post. I am already at work and taking a "break"....hahaha- Hope your Friday is lovely!

I wish I had some window sills to do pretty things like that. That definitely looks like spring to me.

Oh, I love the first example with the little ceramic planters. They remind me of easter eggs. The wet and wild and high wire act are great too! Thanks for adding a little "spring" to my step!

Hi Debbie,
Yes, these do say "spring"! My favorite is the succulents in the galvanized planter. I am crazy about galvanized anything!

Nothing speaks of the beginning of spring like plants and flowers in a window. All of these are wonderful. I especially love the herbs and succulents. We are all so ready for spring. Wonderful ideas!
