Tiptoe through the Tulips....

Tulips are one of my favorite flowers.  They remind me of when I was a little girl where my Mother and I would plant all different color variations in our garden.  I used to be fascinated with the inside...especially the little stems that grow in the middle.

Unfortunately, tulips don't grow in the South Florida climate but I'm still able to enjoy them when they start becoming available in the flowers shops in January.  I had lot's of fun trying out different settings on my new camera and thought, for Pink Saturday, that I'd share the tulips I just put in my living room.

Happy Pink Saturday....

They look so beautiful in your home! I chose to carry tulips for my wedding and still love them to this day but like you, I miss seeing them in the garden since living in Florida. I miss daffodils too!

Tulips don't last very long where we are here in Australia either but I still love getting them whenever I can. I think I will try and find that pretty shade of pink next time.

Best Valentine's wishes,
Natasha.

Happy Pink Saturday Sweetie...
Oh what a beautiful share today. I love the color of these tulips. The shade just screams LOVE. I really love the bottles or vases that you have them in. I have never seen one quite like that. I love that it has a base that all three sit in and even a little border to help keep them upright and not get them knocked over. Where on earth did you find that? With my 8 grands I really would love one of these.

Your home is so pretty. I love the color of your walls. It sure did blend with the flowers. A gorgeous share for this Pink Saturday.

I am Country Wings in Phoenix, your newest follower. I can't wait to see what you share next. Please stop over and let me share my pink post with you as well. Very seductive, tulips! I'm one of those Floridians who brings home the tulips from the grocery store once a week...keeps me cheerful when things get grey outside.
